Position Overview
The Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment efforts across all Komline business units in collaboration with the broader Talent Acquisition team. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers, proactively identifying talent needs, developing sourcing strategies, and delivering high-quality candidate pipelines. As a key ambassador of the Komline brand, the Senior Corporate Recruiter ensures a best‑in‑class candidate experience while driving efficient, compliant, and data-informed hiring practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term talent strategies
Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach and talent pipelining
Analyze labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform hiring strategies
Utilize data, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting tools to identify, engage, and track top candidates
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates; present qualified candidates with detailed assessments to hiring teams
Coordinate and manage all interview logistics, including scheduling, travel, and stakeholder alignment
Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process
Facilitate post-interview debriefs and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on selection decisions
Lead offer development and negotiations in alignment with internal compensation structures
Oversee pre‑employment processes, including background checks, reference verification, and credential validation
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, etc.)
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives
Support talent acquisition reporting, metrics tracking, and process optimization efforts
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency), preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations (EEO, ADA, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and applicant tracking systems
Preferred Qualifications
AIRS, PHR, or SHRM certification
Experience recruiting for hard to fill technical, engineering, or industrial roles
Advanced sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search techniques and passive candidate engagement
Experience leveraging recruiting technologies and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude)
Familiarity with talent analytics and data-driven recruiting strategies
