Role Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Brand & Content Intern to support our marketing team across video production, social media, design, and brand governance. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll gain real‑world experience working alongside brand and content professionals in a global B2B company and contribute to meaningful projects from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Video Content Creation
Assist in planning, filming, and editing short‑form video content for social media, internal communications, and digital campaigns.
Help manage video assets including raw footage, edited cuts, and final exports, keeping files organized and accessible.
Support the creation of video briefs, shot lists, and production timelines.
Research video trends and competitor content to inform creative direction.
Social Media Content & Calendars
Support the development and scheduling of social media content across LinkedIn, WeChat, and other relevant platforms.
Assist in maintaining and updating the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
Draft copy and source visuals for social posts, adapting messaging for different audiences and platforms.
Help track social media performance metrics and compile engagement reports.
File & Asset Management
Organize and maintain the brand’s digital asset libraries, including logos, photography, templates, and approved design files.
Ensure assets are properly named, versioned, and archived in shared systems for easy access.
Assist with asset requests from internal stakeholders, sourcing and distributing approved materials as needed.
Design Reviews & Brand Governance
Support design review processes by checking marketing materials against brand guidelines for consistency in template, logo usage, typography, color, and tone.
Assist in updating and maintaining brand governance documentation and internal brand guides.
Flag and escalate off‑brand usage or inconsistencies to the Brand and Content Director.
Help onboard internal stakeholders and agency partners to brand standards and tools.
Additional Brand & Content Support
Assist with copywriting and proofreading for marketing materials, presentations, and internal communications.
Work with design agency to support the development and refreshing of branded templates (PowerPoint, email, one‑pagers).
Research and summarize competitive brand and content benchmarks to inform strategy.
Contribute ideas in brainstorms and team creative reviews.
Provide general administrative and project support to the Brand and Content team as needed.
Qualifications
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Comfortable commuting to our Fairburn, GA office on a hybrid schedule.
Preferred
Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar—PC‑only company).
Exposure to content management systems, scheduling tools (i.e., Hootsuite), or project management platforms (i.e., Asana).
Portfolio or examples of previous design, video, or content work.
Interest in B2B marketing, manufacturing, or material science industries.
