We are seeking a highly motivated Automotive Product Specialist (Bilingual – Spanish/English) who is fluent in Spanish and English to assist customers through both in-person showroom visits and digital sales channels. Responsibilities
Engage with customers in person, by phone, text, email, and online chat to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Manage and follow up on digital leads (website, CRM, third-party platforms, and social media inquiries)
Provide product knowledge, vehicle demonstrations, pricing explanations, and financing options in Spanish and English
Guide customers through the full sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business within the Spanish-speaking community
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay informed on current inventory, promotions, and manufacturer programs
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) – Required
Previous automotive sales or customer-facing sales experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with digital tools, CRM systems, and online leads
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with digital automotive leads
Knowledge of financing, leasing, and vehicle protection products
Experience serving bilingual or multicultural customer base
