A company is looking for a Remote Resolution Specialist (Spanish Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve assigned member cases from intake to closure, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions Serve as a resource for escalated member issues, conducting outreach and providing explanations of health plan benefits Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate member resolutions and track case progress
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience Minimum 1 year of contact center experience involving complex problem solving Experience assisting members with healthcare services navigation High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in healthcare administration preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
