Key Responsibilities
Conduct high volume outbound calls to enroll patients and educate them on available services Achieve member enrollment goals as driven by company KPIs Document interactions and collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT Experience in outreach enrollments and prospecting is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
