Key Responsibilities
Conduct high volume outbound calls to enroll patients and provide information about services Achieve enrollment goals based on company KPIs and document all patient interactions Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations to support patient care
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm ET Strong organizational and time-management skills Motivated by goals and metrics Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
