A company is looking for a Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to engage eligible members in Spanish and English Drive member activation and enrollment by explaining the benefits of services Support members through the enrollment process and manage follow-up activities
Required Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required 2+ years of experience in inside sales, member enrollment, or high-volume outreach Proven success in high-volume outbound calling environments Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach Ability to work towards individual performance targets and goals
