You will join a skilled field operations team dedicated to high-quality residential and commercial construction projects. This role is designed for a motivated individual eager to expand their technical carpentry knowledge under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will play a key part in a drama-free, family-owned business that prioritizes teaching and long-term career stability.
How You Will Make an Impact
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assist in accurate project layouts.
Execute precise measurements and material cuts to minimize waste and ensure structural integrity.
Operate various power tools and equipment safely and efficiently on diverse job sites.
Assist senior carpenters with framing, finishing, and general structural tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all site safety protocols.
Apply a positive attitude and follow detailed directions to meet project deadlines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Basic knowledge of carpentry principles and hand tool operation.
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements.
Proven track record of reliability and a strong desire to learn the trade.
Physical ability to perform manual labor in an onsite construction environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Approximately 1 year of related work experience in construction or carpentry.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency with a wide range of power tools.
Weekly pay cycle.
Potential for overtime hours.
Safety equipment provided.
