Experienced Carpenter – Lead High-End Residential and Commercial Builds
Job Overview
Salary/Pay Rate: $28 to $38 per hour (based on experience).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Project Scope: Residential and Commercial General Construction.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

You will serve as a high-level craftsman and potential future leader within our field operations team. This role is designed for a versatile builder who thrives on variety, from structural framing to intricate finish work, in a drama-free environment. You will have the autonomy to manage independent tasks while contributing to a family-owned business that values quality and career longevity.
How You Will Make an Impact
Execute complex framing, trim work, and high-end cabinetry installations with precision.
Lead onsite installations of windows, doors, and various flooring systems to meet high standards.
Facilitate project flow by keeping the crew on task and maintaining peak productivity.
Operate independently on specialized assignments while collaborating effectively with the broader team.
Resolve technical building challenges onsite to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
Mentor junior carpenters by sharing your technical expertise and promoting a teaching-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Comprehensive experience in all phases of construction, including structural and finish carpentry.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks without direct supervision.
Demonstrated leadership potential with a focus on accountability and team cohesion.
Strong technical proficiency in reading complex plans and executing detailed layouts.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience with a focus on high end residential.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Weekly pay cycle.
Professional safety equipment provided.
