Job Overview
This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking our customers, and preventing loss at the store entrances. Responsibilities include verifying purchases, assisting with returned items, and keeping the entrances safe and secure.
Compensation
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
