Retail Sales Customer Service Representative
WeatherTech Direct is seeking well‑qualified Retail Sales Customer Service Representative to ensure the overall satisfaction of customers in our Bolingbrook, IL factory store. Our Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional customer support and product knowledge to our customers via in‑person, phone, and email interactions/correspondence.
Store Hours: Sunday 9 am‑5 pm, Monday, Thursday, Friday 10 am‑7 pm, Saturday 8 am‑5 pm.
This is a great opportunity to join our growing company.
Hourly rate starting at $20/hour with the ability to earn up to $50,000 plus per year through a combination of an hourly rate and earned commission.
Employees who demonstrate excellent performance, attitude, and punctuality have the potential to earn end‑of‑year bonuses and pay increases.
Responsibilities
Deliver world‑class customer service in our factory showroom.
Communicate with customers via telephone and email to process orders, exchanges, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.
Use sales skills to recommend and upsell products to customers by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least 3–5 years of experience in a telephone‑based customer service or retail sales environment.
Fluent in English with clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Possess listening skills to fully comprehend customer needs.
Basic computer skills required.
Typing speed 50 WPM preferred.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Regularly work on a computer and focus on a screen or monitor.
Excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills.
Great attendance and punctuality.
Deliver high‑quality results consistently.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
Authorized to work in the United States.
