Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact from issue start to resolution
Communicate updates to customers and internal teams
Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed
Document cases and track progress
Build relationships with customers and provide guidance
Support other teams and assist with training when needed
Handle phone, chat, and email support in a timely manner
Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage high call volume
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and maintain accuracy
Team player with a positive attitude
