If you enjoy helping people, handling calls confidently, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
Schedule
MondayThursday: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM (as needed)
Occasional availability until 7:00 PM with advance notice (Flexibility available for candidates who prefer standard hours)
What You'll Be Doing
Assisting customers via phone, written, electronic, or in person communication
Processing EZ-Pass transactions, payments, and account updates
Researching and entering customer and commercial account data
Preparing customer correspondence and delinquency notices
Reconciling payments, balances, invoices, and receipts
Supporting accounting and administrative functions as needed
Working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
What We're Looking For
Must Haves:
At least 1 year of inbound call center experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work efficiently across multiple screens and systems
Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software
Nice to Haves:
Accounting or bookkeeping background
Experience with reconciliations or electronic data entry
