Represent issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities.
Advise publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards, and corporate governance requirements.
Provide transactional support with strong client service and initiative.
Qualifications
4-8 years of experience in securities and capital markets or a closely related practice area.
Significant experience in corporate and transactional work within a law firm setting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Enthusiasm for client service and initiative.
Experience representing issuers and investment banks in offerings is preferred.
Additional Details
Salary: $135,000 - $180,000 per year
