Job Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.

Operate motorized cleaning equipment.

Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.

Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.

Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.

Maintain a clean work area.

Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.

Take direction and respond to supervision.

Talk with lead, supervisor, co‑workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.

Fill in during staff shortage.

Support shift lead in completing punch‑list items.

Use proper personal protective equipment.

Present a professional appearance and conduct.

Understand customer service and satisfaction.

Understand reporting systems and the environment.

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Qualification
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience
No specific education requirement, 3‑6 months of training or experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completion of all safety and task training certification is necessary. Forklift certification may also be required.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Bilingual a plus.

Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with the team.

Knowledge of the upkeep and care of cleaning equipment.

Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The employee is frequently required to sit and talk or listen, must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and may encounter various work‑environment characteristics such as dust or chemicals.

Compensation & Shift
Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–10:00 pm.

Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour.
