A well‑established and growing real estate investment management firm is seeking a
Corporate Paralegal
to support its in‑house legal function. This opportunity offers broad exposure to corporate governance and real estate transactions within a sophisticated investment platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide corporate governance support across a complex entity structure, including formation, maintenance, and dissolution of entities
Draft and organize corporate documents such as resolutions, consents, operating agreements, and organizational charts
Assist with real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures
Coordinate transaction closings, manage signature processes, and maintain deal trackers
Support KYC/AML, compliance, and investor‑related legal documentation
Liaise with external counsel, lenders, and internal investment teams
Maintain legal records, entity management systems, and contract repositories
Assist with regulatory filings and ongoing compliance requirements
Provide general legal and administrative support to the legal department
Qualifications
Paralegal certificate and/or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in a corporate, real estate, private equity, or investment management environment
Strong understanding of corporate entities, governance, and transactional workflows
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deal‑oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with entity management or corporate governance platforms preferred
