Overview
Noor has partnered with a national Owner/ Operator that is looking to hire at one of their Connecticut properties. We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a 200-unit Class A apartment community in Norwalk, CT. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, resident satisfaction, and overall property success.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, leasing performance, and resident relations
Manage and mentor onsite staff, fostering a strong team environment
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and expense control
Ensure high standards of property appearance and maintenance
Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications
3+ years of property management experience
Experience with Class A or luxury apartment communities preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and reports
Compensation
Compensation: Base salary $70,000 - $85,000 DOE + Bonus
