Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a Class A apartment community (400+ units) in Norwalk, CT. This role will lead a large onsite maintenance team and be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service, and overall asset performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring productivity and accountability
Oversee daily service operations, work orders, and preventative maintenance programs
Ensure timely and high-quality unit turns to support leasing goals
Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets
Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor at a large (400+ unit) community
Proven experience managing a team of 4+ direct reports
Strong knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Compensation
$85,000–$95,000 base salary + overtime eligibility
