The Job You Will Perform
Prepare pricing requests (RFPs)
Manage lessor and vendor relationships to reduce lease cost and ensure performance
Manage lease approval workflow and process to ensure proper DOA compliance
Assist in reconciling items in lease clearing accounts
Manage and coordinate end‑of‑lease return, cost, and negotiate buyout options or lower end‑of‑term costs
Update and manage lease purchase orders
Manage monthly end‑of‑term notifications and reporting
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring
2+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management or a related finance field
Detail‑oriented
Time management, planning and organization skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated project management skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Problem‑solving competence
Business acumen and organizational agility
