Qualifications
Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration
Strong skills in Customer Service and Resident Retention
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment
Previous sales or leasing experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
Availability to work on-site in Duluth, GA
