Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Financial Analyst to support deal execution, financial modeling, and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a growing foundation in real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities
Create tailored client presentations, pitch decks, reports, and marketing materials to support transactions and business development
Build and maintain financial models for sale-leasebacks and other net lease structures
Analyze market data and corporate financials to generate strategic insights and underwriting support
Manage due diligence processes and verify transaction data for accuracy
Conduct business development research and maintain client databases
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four‑year college or university
2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, real estate, or a related field
NY real estate salesperson license required within a specified time after hire
Working knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and basic real estate fundamentals
Financial modeling experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to clearly present findings
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
