
Customer Service Representative - Autoglass

Essential Job Duties
Assist with customer paint orders, look up formulas, and mix the paint based on the formula.
Handle phone and emails from customers pertaining to price quotes.
Provide call center functions to deliver quality customer service.
Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
Be knowledgeable on all aspects of product inventory, including data entry, cancellations, credits, invoicing, and/or customer service inquiries.
Generate sales/buys from online leads.
Provide backup for delivery drivers as needed.
Assume other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Valid driver's license.
Clean driving record for 3 years.
Education & Experience
High school degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Call center customer service experience.
Bi-Lingual, English & Spanish.
2+ years of college education.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer relations skills.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to work under frequent interruptions.
Attention to detail.
Essential Physical Demands / Work Environment
Work is primarily sedentary; must be able to sit for extended periods and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse frequently.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
