Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in Collierville, TN. The Construction Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction site activities, manage project timelines, ensure compliance with safety standards, and handle budgeting and resource allocation. Additional duties include scheduling subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring the quality of work meets company standards. The role requires effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring compliance with Construction Safety standards.
Strong Organization Skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Expertise in Budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
Solid Project Management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of local building codes and industry regulations.
