Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Rockville, MD, for a Senior Construction Superintendent. The incumbent will oversee daily on-site project operations, including coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors and crews, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and monitoring project progress. They will also ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Collaboration with project stakeholders, reporting, and resolving site issues will be key components of the role.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and ensuring Construction Safety standards are strictly followed.

Minimum 5 years' experience as superintendent for government and commercial projects. Experience in managing ground up construction is preferred.

Exceptional Organization Skills to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and streamline project execution with efficiency.

Experience with managing diverse teams and subcontractors, as well as developing clear communication across all project stakeholders.

Familiarity with design-build processes and government contract requirements is a plus.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with an ability to handle on-site challenges with effective solutions.

Relevant certifications such as OSHA Safety Certification or a Construction Management degree are advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

$80,000 - $130,000 based on experience and qualifications
