Collections Specialist

We are seeking a Collections Specialist with strong call center experience to manage delinquent accounts and drive repayment through effective communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to resolve outstanding accounts
Negotiate payment plans and provide suitable solutions to customers
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems
Deliver professional and empathetic customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions
Requirements
Prior experience in a call center environment (mandatory)
Resume must clearly mention average daily inbound and outbound call volume (minimum ~50 calls/day preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally
Preferred
Experience in collections or financial services
