Leasing Assistant Location: Bentonville, AR Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturdays as needed) We are looking for a Leasing Assistant who is dependable and keeps everything running. Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales
Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents through the community and model units Maintain accurate records of all traffic and follow up through the CRM system Assist prospects with applications, secure deposits, and ensure units are move‑in ready Achieve leasing goals, including conversion, occupancy, and rent‑ready targets Orient new residents and review community policies, amenities, and expectations Resident Relations
Respond to resident and prospect inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person Track and follow up on work orders to ensure satisfaction Assist in enforcing community policies and resolving resident concerns Support resident events and encourage positive online reviews Marketing & Administrative Support
Promote referral programs and outreach marketing initiatives Monitor local market trends and competitor activity Assist with unit staging and mini-model setups Maintain accurate documentation and reporting Why This Role?

1+ year of customer service or sales experience; leasing experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G‑Suite Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems preferred Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is a plus Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
