Job Overview
Position: Associate – Safety & Security at Walmart Supercenter #1406, 2350 S Pleasants Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601, U.S.
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Available Shifts: Opening, Morning, Mid‑Shift, Closing
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of associates, customers, and merchandise.
Investigate incidents, think critically, and solve complex problems.
Compensation
Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per hour (minimum wage at applicable job location or higher).
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
