As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Rolling Hills, KY at the Rolling Hills Branch. Your role involves acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience, collaborating with ecosystem partners, positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty, and ensuring accurate and efficient branch operations.

Job Description

Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet.

Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales interactions, teller engagements, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ensuring each client interaction identifies appropriate PNC solutions.

Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet by providing differentiated customer experiences, performing lobby engagement, and educating customers on financial options using technology and resources.

Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems, driving customer loyalty.

Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits, and demonstrating heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.

Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Work Experience Typical roles at this level require an associate degree or equivalent, with related experience or product knowledge. Generally, 3+ years’ experience is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Licenses Candidates will be subject to background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
