Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Drafter with Project Management and Admin skills located in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and construction documents, collaborating with architects and planners on building layouts, and producing accurate technical drafts. The Architectural Drafter will also ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations, while coordinating with other professionals in the construction process to ensure project accuracy.
Qualifications
Proficiency in creating Architectural Drawings and detailed Construction Drawings
Strong background in Architecture and Planning methodologies
Excellent drawing and drafting skills
Familiarity with AI Platforms like Lovable, Claude, Nvidia
Project Management and Administrative skills
Familiarity with building codes and industry standards
Proficiency in drafting and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in architectural drafting or construction design is a must
