Regional Multi-Family Maintenance Supervisor – South County San Diego, CA
The Apartment Company is seeking an experienced
Regional Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee maintenance operations across our South County portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving property performance, supporting onsite teams, and ensuring high standards across multiple communities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance operations across
multiple properties (~1,000 units)
Lead, coach, and support a team of
15–20 maintenance technicians
Manage unit turns, preventative maintenance, and capital projects
Ensure timely completion of unit turns, work orders and service requests
Monitor budgets, supplies, and vendor performance
Partner with Regional and Property Managers to maintain strong property performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
What We’re Looking For
Multi-family maintenance experience required
Multi-site or regional leadership experience strongly preferred
Strong background in unit turns, renovations, and team management
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and lead in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
$101,000 – $111,000 annually
