Responsibilities

As the

Development Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Manage all aspects of donor database operations, including data standards, maintenance, validation, reporting, and compliance
Develop and implement best practices for gift processing, acknowledgments, and donor data integrity
Analyze donor data to identify trends, opportunities for donor growth, retention, and increased engagement
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Gala for Good
Manage the event module and all related database components
Coordinate and support annual fundraising appeals, ensuring accurate data, segmentation, and reporting
Respond to donor inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person
Development Specialist Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM (35 hours/week)
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience
Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
