WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Customer Care Agent. They will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. We are a People First organization, with a mission of putting our customers at the center of everything we do. Customer Care Agents must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner. Being able to remain calm, cool, and collected in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment is a must. Requirements

Ability to quickly assess information and make decisions Ability to effectively multi-task and quickly navigate multiple systems Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word) High school diploma or GED Customer service experience is a plus Punctual, dependable, and reliable Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
