About the Role: Bruin Waste Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Customer Service Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. This position plays a key role in assisting customers with setting up accounts, billing questions, and general inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Basic math, computer, and keyboarding skills

Legible handwriting and strong attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

Spanish is a plus!

Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

Must represent Bruin Waste in a professional and positive manner at all times

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid

Colorado driver’s license

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers promptly, politely, and professionally in person, by email, and by phone

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all customer records and accounts

Post payments, process deposits, and assist with managing billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, 28‑day)

Prepare dispatch tickets, process delinquent notices, and resolve customer concerns effectively

Compose and distribute customer communications regarding service routes, pricing, or schedule updates

Maintain accurate and up-to-date office files, phone lists, and pricing sheets

Coordinate with IT to ensure system pricing accuracy
