Overview

The Customer Service Representative is the face of Old Town Trolley Tours of Savannah. The CSR provides accurate information, guides customers, and helps control guest lines and organize tour departures to ensure tours stay on schedule. The first impression should convey professionalism, safety, integrity, and a fun experience for guests.
Responsibilities

Hand out brochures and collect ticket stubs from guests, applying a date stamp or directing guests to the ticket booths.
Gather ticket stubs and e-tickets to be redeemed by Sales Representatives.
Provide accurate, local tourism-related information.
Assist in boarding passengers and ensure guest satisfaction while boarding to help vehicles depart the depot on time.
Provide ridership numbers to the dispatcher at required intervals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team within established rules and regulations to satisfy guest needs.
Ability to work with a diverse cast of people and the general public equally.
Ability to handle difficult or discourteous people in a calm, courteous manner.
Ability to read, write, and speak clear English to communicate with co-workers and the public.
Ability to learn new duties, policies, and procedures and adapt to new situations within a reasonable time.
Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Outgoing and enjoys working with the public.
Customer service experience preferred.
Other Requirements

Must pass pre-employment MVR/background check and substance abuse testing.
Have a passion for helping people and making the Savannah experience memorable.
