Job Summary
Under general supervision, the Employee Relations Coordinator provides employment related guidance to employees and fosters a positive work environment. This position involves working with HR management to address employee concerns, facilitate communication, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in HR Management and general Human Resources (HR) practices
Expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment
Understanding and application of HR Policies along with current employment laws and regulations
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Human Resources Management or Business Administration
Professional HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage confidential information responsibly
