Job Title: Data Quality Associate (Contract)
Duration: 3-month contract (potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (some flexibility)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Position Overview
Our banking client is seeking detail-oriented individuals to support high-volume data quality and administrative operations. This role involves reviewing, entering, and validating information from various medical and financial documents. It is ideal for candidates who are organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and maintain data across internal systems
Create and update contact and account records
Review and process large volumes of data files
Open, scan, and upload incoming documents
Extract relevant information from documents and input into systems
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Support general administrative and data-related tasks
Collaborate with team members on assigned projects
Project Responsibilities
Review financial and medical-related documents such as settlement records and annuity paperwork
Perform basic calculations to validate payment amounts
Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data
Learn and interpret different document types and formats
Required Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Basic math and reconciliation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to work independently after training
