About the Role
Join The Goddard School of Urbana, MD, as a Baby Breaks Teacher, where you will nurture and engage infants in a safe and loving environment. Work Hours: 10:00 am- 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities
Supervise and care for infants during designated baby break times.
Implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration and motor skills.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for infants and staff.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's needs and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
Monitor and document infant behavior and developmental milestones.
Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and materials for activities.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for early childhood education and child development
Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor.
