The Property Manager is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the efficient day‑to‑day operation of the apartment community.

Achieve high resident retention and leasing expectations
Qualifications
Interest in the above responsibilities
Strong leadership and team‑building skills
Excellent mathematical skills (high‑school level)
Strive for excellence
Essential Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Two years of apartment management experience
Tax credit experience preferred
