Responsibilities
Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
Assist the Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
Perform preventative maintenance repairs
Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
Assist with resident functions
Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
Qualifications
At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
A/C Certification Type II or Universal
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Willing to work a flexible schedule & on‑call
Interest in the responsibilities listed above
Punctual, dependable and self‑starter
Team player
