Sales Engineer

If you’re an engineer who’s tired of sitting behind a desk and wants real influence on projects, clients, and revenue, this is where you make that move.

We’re partnering with one of Southeast Wisconsin’s top mechanical contractors to add a Sales Engineer who can step into a visible, high impact role. You’ll be the bridge between engineering and the client, shaping solutions, winning work, and seeing projects through from concept to execution.

This is not a back office design role. This is where technical expertise turns into business growth.

What you will own

Lead design build conversations with clients across HVAC, piping, and industrial systems

Turn opportunities into projects by developing scope, solutions, and estimates

Build and grow relationships with decision makers across commercial and industrial accounts

Influence project direction from early concept through turnover to operations

Partner directly with leadership, PMs, and field teams to drive execution

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a wide open territory

What you bring

Engineering degree and 5+ years in mechanical design, HVAC, or piping systems

Experience in a contractor or design build environment is a strong plus

Ability and interest in stepping into a client facing, revenue driving role

Strong communication skills and business acumen
