We’re looking for a strong Credit & Collections professional who knows how to drive results, resolve complex account issues, and keep cash flow moving. What You’ll Be Doing
Own and manage a portfolio of past-due accounts, driving collections and reducing aging
Conduct high-volume collection outreach (calls + email) to resolve outstanding balances
Investigate and resolve chargebacks, deductions, and discrepancies
Perform cash application and account reconciliations
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and internal teams to resolve disputes
Monitor account activity and provide updates on delinquent accounts
Utilize SAP daily for billing, tracking, and account management
What You Bring
3+ years of strong Credit & Collections experience (B2B preferred)
SAP experience is REQUIRED – must be comfortable using it daily
Proven ability to handle high-volume collections and difficult accounts
Experience with reconciliations, chargebacks, and deductions
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
