General Function You will provide professional services to internal and external clients by responding to telephone inquiries, processing client orders, and ensuring accurate data entry.
Main Functions
Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and chats
Perform computer data entry for orders received via phone calls, faxes, emails, or other sources
Provide technical information about our products and answer questions regarding the use of the electronic ordering systems
Communicate changes to orders or additional delays, obtain missing information or frames, and inform customers of promotions and sales programs
Manage daily service level reports
Qualifications
High school diploma
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Gmail
Ability to multitask
Team player with strong cross‑departmental communication skills
Experience in optics is an asset
Fluent English
Pay Range:
17.18 – 23.78
