Purpose
The Sr Manager, Contract Management and Deal Strategy owns the production, accuracy, and compliance of all OTTAVA contracts. This role manages drafting, redlining, negotiation support, and documentation across capital, service, digital, and IT‑related agreements. The role ensures all contract elements align to policy, pricing, financial inputs, and CPC governance.

Responsibilities

Manage contract intake, drafting, revisions, negotiation support, and execution.

Coordinate redlines and legal reviews to ensure policy and pricing compliance.

Assemble complete contract packages aligned to approved deal strategy and pricing inputs.

Maintain the OTTAVA contract database and ensure audit‑ready documentation.

Support escalations through CPC and partner with Finance, Legal, and Pricing Ops to resolve issues.

Drive cycle‑time reduction and template standardization.

Collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic and Monarch).

Qualifications

7+ years in contract management or legal operations.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Strong understanding of commercial terms, business models, and compliance.

Ability to manage multiple complex contracts simultaneously.

Pay & Benefits
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000.00 – $244,950.00.

Eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (401(k)) and long-term incentive program.

Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado, 56 hours for Washington)

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
