Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Contract Compliance to be based in Santa Clara, CA, with consideration for Cincinnati, OH, or Raritan, NJ. The role requires onsite work 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.
Purpose
The Manager, Contract Compliance ensures that OTTAVA contracts adhere to commercial policy, pricing guardrails, CPC governance requirements, and legal/financial standards. The role monitors contract adherence, validates terms, and maintains compliance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Validate contract terms, pricing, and policy adherence before CPC submission and customer release.
Monitor compliance across active contracts; identify risks or deviations.
Own development and creation of dashboards to ensure compliance.
Maintain audit‑ready records and support internal/external reviews.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Pricing Ops, and Contract Management to resolve compliance issues.
Support process improvement, template optimization, and policy alignment.
Collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic, and Monarch).
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in compliance, contract operations, or pricing governance.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of commercial policies.
Preference for experience in the medical device industry with a focus on capital equipment.

Compensation
Base pay range: $118,000.00 - $203,550.00.
