Job Description
We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Contract Compliance to be based in Santa Clara, CA, with consideration for Cincinnati, OH, or Raritan, NJ. The role requires onsite presence 3 days per week with remote work 2 days per week.

Purpose
The Manager, Contract Compliance ensures that OTTAVA contracts adhere to commercial policy, pricing guardrails, CPC governance requirements, and legal/financial standards. The role monitors contract adherence, validates terms, and maintains compliance documentation.

You Will Be Responsible For

Validate contract terms, pricing, and policy adherence before CPC submission and customer release.

Monitor compliance across active contracts; identify risks or deviations.

Own the development and creation of dashboard to ensure compliance.

Maintain audit‑ready records and support internal/external reviews.

Partner with Legal, Finance, Pricing Ops, and Contract Management to resolve compliance issues.

Support process improvement, template optimization, and policy alignment.

Collaborate closely with Medtech Surgery counterparts (Surgery, Polyphonic, and Monarch).

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in compliance, contract operations, or pricing governance.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.

Strong attention to detail and understanding of commercial policies.

Preference for those who have experience in the medical device industry with a focus on capital.

Pay Transparency
Anticipated base pay range: $118,000.00 - $203,550.00

Benefits

Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado residents, 56 hours for Washington residents)

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member, 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period (10 days)

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time‑Off – 80 hours per calendar year
