Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing Verizon business customers
Effectively communicating Verizon's products and services to meet customers' requirements
Identifying sales opportunities and closing deals through consultative selling techniques
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborating with the team to consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills and confident phone presence
Previous sales or call center experience preferred, especially with Verizon or telecommunications industry
Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively
Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus
