We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team!
Responsibilities
Demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform duties including management and direct involvement of all construction related tasks.
Work safely and follow all company policies.
Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.
Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in earthwork/site grading, asphalt paving operations, underground utilities and concrete operations.
Ability to manage multiple projects safely and efficiently.
Efficient in scheduling equipment and crews, reading plans and specifications.
Safely and efficiently manage crews to complete work as per plans and specifications.
