Sales Manager (Chemical Applications)
GEA Niro PT, located in ’s Hertogenbosch, is a company of approximately 30 highly motivated employees and acts within the GEA Group as a Technology Center for "melt crystallization" for the chemical industry and "freeze concentration" for the food industry. We provide advanced and innovative process solutions for customers worldwide. Our expertise and deliverables cover a wide range of activities ranging from process development, pilot testing and basic engineering up to the supply of key process equipment and skids along with supervision of plant construction, commissioning and start‑up. Being a flat organization with multiple nationalities, the working culture is informal, respectful, pragmatic and hands‑on with short communication lines.

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (Chemical Applications).

Responsibilities:

Liaison with internal and external customers worldwide.

Follow up on international leads.

Assessment of technical and economic feasibility of inquiries.

Creating process designs and corresponding mass‑and energy balances.

Preparing (budget) quotations for engineering, key‑ and auxiliary equipment, skids and local services in consultation with various stakeholders.

Hands‑on support in pilot test work in house or at site.

Carrying out marketing activities in close cooperation with GEA marketing colleagues.

Coordination with other GEA companies for integration of the technology in complete production lines.

Input and update CRM reporting.

Travel: approximately 5 to 10 international sales trips per year.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in chemical engineering or a bachelor’s degree with additional qualifications.

5–10 years’ relevant experience in the chemical industry and sales; preferably affinity with melt crystallization technology.

Motivated autonomous team player with excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
