This role is perfect for those with a knack for sales and a desire to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call center environment. As an Agent Call Transfer, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests who have been transferred calls from our partners, offering them discounted vacation packages. Your primary goal will be to engage and excite these guests, ultimately converting them into sales. With our highest call volume times, you’ll have ample opportunities to make a difference and boost your earnings. Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on sales.

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Proven sales experience or a track record of success in a sales‑focused role.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume call center environment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for customer service.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Open availability required.

High school diploma or equivalent
