Central Phoenix - Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Training:

4 week paid training

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday, 8am to 7pm (will be assigned an 8 hour set shift)

Description
In this role, you will respond to inbound client calls in a call center environment regarding banking inquiries—primarily deposit‑related calls—while building strong client service skills in a supportive, structured environment. You will be guided through hands‑on training, coaching, and development opportunities aligned with our client service standards and culture.

Qualifications

Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or banking.

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working onsite.

Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and grow.

Pay and Benefits
Pay range: $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
